On Tuesday 7th and Thursday 9th May, Year 3 and 4 visited Colchester Zoo in order to learn more about the rainforests and the animals that live there.
We had a fantastic day and were lucky enough to see many different rainforest animals in their natural habitats and found out many interesting facts about life in the rainforest. This was made even more realistic by the torrential rainfall!
As always, the behaviour of the children was exceptional- they were great ambassadors for the school!
A big thank you to all our parent helpers and volunteers: Miss Brooker, Mr M Brown, Mr W Brown, Mrs Davies, Mrs Doyle, Mrs Harnden, Mrs Mackman, Mrs Percival, Mrs Pitt, Mrs Rashid and Mrs Woollett.
The trips were a success thanks to you!
