I'm Gonna Shine!

This year, the Key Stage 1 nativity play was called 'I'm Gonna Shine', and the children certainly did! Almost 120 children sang their hearts out over two performances for their families and friends. The costumes and scenery looked spectacular, thanks to our wonderful LSAs who rummaged around in the loft, stitched, painted and glued to create a truly amazing backdrop. Liz Barrow from The Elizabeth School of Dance kindly loaned sparkly outfits for the dancers, who delighted with their 'alternative' dancing! The children worked so hard; memorising lines, learning songs, remembering stage directions and helped each other to remember when to go on and off the stage. If things went wrong, they carried on seamlessly. It was truly a delight to put this nativity together this year, we know from many of the comments how much it was enjoyed too. Well done to everyone involved!
